How to Make a No Sew Pillow Cover

If you want a fast, easy and inexpensive way to update the look of your pillows, then this post is for you!

I wanted a vibrant pop of color to compliment my beautiful blue John Robshaw pillows. The only thing is, I wanted it, like right now! And, I didn't want to spend any money.

I had the idea of using one of my favorite pink scarves to make a temporary pillow cover. I love how it turned out!

This project could not be more simple. Let me show you how I made this lovely, pink, no-sew pillow cover without spending a dime!

1) Spread your scarf out on the floor and center your pillow on it.

2) Fold the short sides up over the pillow

3) Pick up the long ends and tie them into a knot

4) Spread open the ends and tuck them under the fabric on the sides

This is a fast, inexpensive way to update a pillow. Your home should make you happy, and the cheerful color combo of pink, gray, blue and white really lifts my spirits!

Have you done any easy DIY projects lately?  I'd love to hear what you've been up to.
